Positive: The location is perfect and the staff at the cafe on the underground floor was very nice and the service was excellent.

Negative: I was told in the reception that i would pay extra money if i am not local. Unbelievable.

Positive: Very close to Kharkiv city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful considering the time of war. The backyard garden was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast to order was well prepared.

Negative: A bit hard to find because there is only a small sun-bleached sign on the fence facing the street.

Summary: Absolutely recommended for journalists, supporters and aid workers in the Kharkiv region.
